We are location agnostic within the US and Canada. Most folks are in Boston and NYC, but we have a few in SF, LA, and Austin. We try to do a company offsite 3-4 times a year. There are no rules, but co-located teammates sometimes get together more frequently, especially in Boston and NYC.
