This is a unique opportunity for an individual with interest in the future of automotive repair to build a unique service experience for EV owners from the ground up. Our ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous situations, has strong appreciation for operational excellence, and understands the nuances of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Define the operational flow for our first Amber Repair Center (ARC) location
Serve as the service advisor for our first Amber Repair Center. These responsibilities include:
Setting up and managing the shop management system
Setting and confirming customer appointments
Walking customers through repair details and estimates
Communicating estimated and actual completion times
Handling customer escalations
Providing outstanding service across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
Advising customers on additional services and products
Create and manage a pipeline of talent for the site
Create and manage relationships with a network of parts suppliers
Own site performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the team accountable
Act as Amber’s brand ambassador with customers, the local community, and external partners

The Right Stuff:

3 - 5 years of professional work experience
Valid driver’s license
Experience handling multiple priorities, organizing workload, and meeting deadlines
Experience working with software tools including CRM systems, Google Drive
Excellent problem-solver, particularly in ambiguous situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About this role

Mintlify is looking for engineers to help us build a world class product that improve the product and customer experience. As a customer engineer, you will be working closely with our customers - identifying problems and working to improve their experience with the product.




About you

• Interested in building experiences that impact millions of developers

• A collaborative team player who believes in the power of strong teams to drive change

• Experienced in NextJS or React

• Have at least 4 years of technical experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders




Pay Range

$130,000 - $150,000 USD
