Qualified Roles

Qualified Roles are roles that have been recently reviewed by Paraform’s Account Management team and confirmed as active, and ready for submissions.

They’re highlighted to help you focus on roles that need recruiter support right now and are likely to move quickly.

What’s a Qualified Role?

A Qualified Role is one where:

• The hiring team has checked in with the Paraform team in the last 7 days.
• The company is actively hiring and indicated an immediate need for recruiter volume.
• Our team evaluates the role as competitive and worth recruiters’ attention.

These roles are part of an early beta program to highlight the roles where recruiters can most effectively spend their time.

How long does a role stay qualified?

Qualified status is temporary. A role will return to normal browse after:

• 7 days, or
• Once the role is already getting enough recruiter coverage (for example, strong submission volume or other recruiters have already slotted)

Where can I find Qualified Roles?

You’ll see Qualified Roles in:

• The Qualified Roles tab on Browse
• A badge on the role card
• A callout on the role page explaining why it’s highlighted

You can always remove the filter to return to the full marketplace view.

Why should I work on Qualified Roles?

Qualified Roles are designed to be the highest-leverage places to focus, because:

• The company is responsive
• Submission volume is needed immediately
• You have a higher chance of driving interviews quickly

These roles are more likely to convert into hires.
