Recruiter Resources

May 21, 2026
Recruiting doesn't always go as planned. You can put in hours of thoughtful work on a role, only to have it pause or close for reasons outside your control. The Paraform Guarantee (also called a Paraguarantee) is how we reward the recruiters who did the strongest work on those roles, even when there's no hire to show for it.
It runs automatically and goes to the recruiters whose work stood out most on roles that close or stall.
We want recruiting on Paraform to be more predictable and more rewarding. A lot of your best work happens on roles that never reach a hire, and that work has real value. The Paraform Guarantee makes sure the recruiters who consistently bring depth and quality to a role are rewarded for it, not just the one whose candidate happens to land the job.
A Paraform Guarantee may be issued when:
A payout is based on the depth of your work on the role relative to the other recruiters on it, not the role's final outcome. The stronger and more substantive your work compared to the field, the higher your standing. We look at:
To be considered, you need to have been slotted as a primary recruiter on the role and submitted multiple reviewed candidates. If your candidate was hired on the role, the placement fee applies instead of a Paraform Guarantee.
A payout isn't guaranteed. Not every role qualifies, and not every recruiter on a qualifying role will earn one. It comes down to the depth of your work relative to others on the role, calculated automatically on a per-role basis.
Payouts are tiered. On each qualifying role, up to $5,000 goes to the recruiters who did the strongest work, with the top performers earning the most.
If a role you worked on closed or paused, you believe you met the criteria above, and you didn't receive a Paraform Guarantee, email team@paraform.com within 30 days of the role's terminal date. We'll review your activity on the role against the standard criteria and process a payout if you qualify.
