Ground rules

At Paraform, our primary goal is to ensure that all participants, including recruiters, candidates and companies, have the best possible experience on our platform.

This includes fostering a safe and respectful environment, maintaining high standards in representing companies, and avoiding spam-related activities. Our ground rules are designed to uphold these principles.

This includes but is not limited to engaging in any of the prohibited activities below:

• Not using the Paraform Chrome Extension to source, save, and mark candidates as contacted when it is required for a role.
• Submitting a candidate to a role who has already been submitted by another recruiter.
• Contacting candidates for a role before obtaining approval. Searching LinkedIn and using tools to assess the prospective candidate pool is allowed, but contacting them is prohibited.
• Unnecessarily spamming candidates by repeatedly contacting them after they have expressed disinterest. This includes all messaging platforms including through LinkedIn messages or over email.
• Misrepresenting a company by providing misleading information about what the company does, or by providing any other false information. Messages sent to candidates should be solely based on the information the company has provided on the platform or on its website.
• Failing to properly read and understand all the information provided on the role page.
• Blatantly ignoring instructions provided by hiring managers regarding outreach.
• Blatantly ignoring feedback provided by hiring managers.

Users who breach these ground rules may result in immediate account suspension.

Paraform reserves the right to monitor user activity on the platform to ensure compliance with these ground rules. Users may be subject to investigation and potential disciplinary action if found in violation.

Paraform reserves the right to modify these ground rules and terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.

Users are expected to treat all other participants on the platform with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension.

Users should maintain the confidentiality of any personal and sensitive information shared by candidates or companies during the recruiting process. Sharing such information with third parties without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

By engaging with Paraform’s platform, users are acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to these ground rules and the overall terms and conditions outlined by Paraform. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the user’s account and potential legal consequences.
