We've revamped our Recruiter Referral Program, now with uncapped earnings potential. Starting today, you can receive up to $4,000 for each unique recruiter you refer.
We want to reward you for helping us grow the Paraform community! If you know a recruiter who would be a great fit for Paraform, send them our way.
To track your referrals, navigate here, use your unique referral link, and you'll automatically be attributed the referral when their Paraform application is approved.
Note: This new Recruiter Referral Program is effective from March 25th, 2026 through the end of May 2026. For any recruiters referred before 9am PST on March 25th, the previous referral system still applies.
Before you refer a recruiter, we want to make sure you understand the type of recruiter we're looking for. We're generally looking for recruiters with the following experience:
We'd recommend reviewing this as a general guideline. Your referrals will still be reviewed by our team, but they’ll be prioritized in our application queue.
You can now earn up to $4,000 for each recruiter you refer to Paraform - and you'll get paid out as they hit milestones, not just on their first hire.
Here’s how it works:
This applies to each unique recruiter you refer. You'll be notified of these payments via email, and the reward will be deposited into your account. If you believe you were due a payment, please reach out to aaryavi@paraform.com and we'll look into it!
Recruiters who make a hire on Paraform are paid in 1/3 increments every month over 90 days. You will receive the full $3,000 for their first placement reward at the end of the 90 days, once your referred recruiter has been fully paid out.
If you want to reach out to your recruiter network via LinkedIn, we've made it easy. Navigate here to find ready-to-go LinkedIn drafts based on your real time Paraform stats for quicker sharing. We have tons of themes to choose from, and you can always refresh to get a different version.
You should only refer a recruiter if you have explicitly introduced Paraform to them and received confirmed interest from them about the platform. Attempting to take proactive credit for referrals without their knowledge or consent, or sourcing recruiters that you did not actually reach out to or get in touch with, will not be rewarded and may result being banned from the platform.
