Saad Khan funded his sister’s wedding and bought his dream car all with Paraform earnings

When Saad Khan joined Paraform in mid-2025, he had one clear motivation: earn enough money to support his family.

At the time, Saad was working at a healthcare staffing agency in Delhi. He had spent seven years in staffing, but his earnings weren’t enough to accomplish what he wanted for himself or the people closest to him.

Most urgently, his sister was getting married that December, and he needed enough to help pay for it.

The day everything changed

Saad discovered Paraform through a LinkedIn post and began recruiting on the platform.

He spent his first few months learning how it worked, getting familiar with the roles, and building momentum.

Then, two of his candidates were hired on the same day as Senior Program Managers at a leading U.S. Series B company. Those placements gave him more than enough to pay for his sister’s wedding.

“That was one of the proudest moments of my life. I was able to get my sister married in the very finest way.”

A shift in motivation

With the wedding covered, Saad kept recruiting, but his motivation had changed.

He was no longer working only out of financial necessity. He had started to enjoy the work itself - connecting with some of the fastest-growing companies, learning what they needed, and making more placements.

Since then, Saad has made several more hires on Paraform. Most recently, after placing two data engineers, he decided it was time to do something for himself.

So, he bought his dream car.

Saad has since left his staffing agency job and hasn’t looked back.

“I've earned more than I did in the past seven years combined. I now have enough funds to support my family in India for at least five years without needing another job."

More ways to earn between placements

For Saad, the opportunity on Paraform goes beyond placement commissions.

He regularly participates in recruiter challenges, which allow him to earn additional rewards as qualified candidates progress through interviews - even if they don’t ultimately get hired.

That income helps cover his day-to-day expenses between placements.

He also has more control over when and how he works. With two children at home, including a newborn, Saad can work around his family’s schedule while continuing to earn.

Saad also credits his Paraform Growth Manager, Kamilla Nielsen, with helping him on the platform. She regularly sends him roles, helps him decide which searches to prioritize, and stays close to his candidates’ progress.

Now, Saad has set an even bigger goal for the year ahead.

“Working on this platform is amazing. It’s been a great journey. This is just the beginning, and I’m targeting 10 or 20 offers this year.”
