Standard Recruiter

Acceptance criteria

Default entry tier for all new recruiters.

No performance requirements; all (accepted) recruiters begin at this level.

Preferred Club

Acceptance criteria (must have all of the below)

  • 15+ candidate submissions per month.
  • Minimum 60% interview rate.
  • Average candidate rating of 2.8 or higher.
  • Consistent positive reviews from hiring managers.

At the end of each quarter, the criteria is evaluated to make sure they meet it and can stay on as Preferred.

🚀 Quarterly Fee Boosts

Great recruiters deserve great economics. This quarterly bonus program is exclusive to Preferred Recruiters. Starting this quarter, your reward on Paraform automatically climbs as you hit clearly‑defined placement milestones.

How the ladder works

(Preferred & Premier Recruiters only — bonus expressed as a percentage above the listed fee.)

  • Tier 0 (Baseline) – 0 hires this quarter: listed rate
  • Tier 1 – 1–2 hires this quarter: listed rate + 10 %
  • Tier 2 – 3–4 hires this quarter: listed rate + 20 %
  • Tier 3 – 4 + hires this quarter: listed rate + 30 %

Worked example

Listed reward: 17.5 %

  • Tier 0 — 17.5 %
  • Tier 1 — 17.5 % × 1.10 = 19.25 %
  • Tier 2 — 17.5 % × 1.20 = 21.00 %
  • Tier 3 — 17.5 % × 1.30 = 22.75 %

Achieve a tier this quarter and you begin the next quarter at that tier. If you don’t repeat the threshold, you’ll slip down just one tier—no cliff drops.

When your rate changes

  • Automatic review at the end of each quarter, based solely on that quarter’s results.
  • Carry‑forward: Whatever tier you earn this quarter is the tier you start on in the next quarter.
  • Promotion: Climb to a higher tier by quarter‑end and your new take‑rate applies to all hires in the following quarter.
  • Safety net: Fall short of your previous tier’s threshold and you slide back one tier—no cliff drops. Example: You finish Q1 in Tier 3. In Q2 you log just 2 hires, so you’ll enter Q3 at Tier 2.

Access to Premier Status

  • Premier Club Status – Achieve Tier 3 this quarter and you’ll be upgraded to a Premier Recruiter (see perks below)





Premier Club

Acceptance criteria (must have all of the below)

  • Achieve Tier 3 as a Preferred Recruiter
  • Maintain the baseline acceptance criteria as a preferred recruiter

Rewards & benefits

Everything in Preferred, plus:

  • Default access to every single role on Paraform.
  • First access to all of Paraform's beta products (sourcing tools, CRMs, etc).
  • Exclusive roles — work 1:1 with specific companies on Paraform.
