We are excited to announce Paraform Challenges! For the first time, you’ll be able to choose from new weekly challenges based on your capacity.
This program rewards recruiters who consistently show up and deliver. If you’re driving quality results, you deserve the confidence of a steady income - and now you’ll have it.
How to participate:
Every Friday, starting tomorrow, you can choose next week's challenge in your dashboard. You will have 2 days to make the selection -- otherwise, you'll be given a random challenge.
Challenges run Monday12 AM UTC →next Monday12 AM UTC
Payouts go out a week after the challenge ends
For example, your first week of challenges will start on 8/18, end on 8/25, and rewards earned for that week will be paid out on 9/1.
The rules:
Only distinct candidates count (no repeats)
First time you’ve submitted each candidate on Paraform
Keep a 60%+ interview rate for that given week
The incentive will be live for exactly 7 days (Monday 12:00:00 AM UTC - Sunday 11:59:59 PM UTC)
We will count all interviews that result from submissions during the 1-week window
Payment will be sent 2 weeks after the day the incentive starts, giving your submissions adequate time to convert to interviews.
There is no guarantee you continue to receive the same bonus the following week.
Candidates who do not pass our recruiting code of conduct (for example those that are not properly screened and vetted for the role where an interview occurs), will not count towards your progress
