Learn more about how to strengthen relationships with candidates with curated lists!

What is a Curated List?

A curated list is a pool of roles that a recruiter can specifically pick out and tailor for their candidate(s). This is a personalized and private way to bring forth opportunities to your candidate, allowing them to find roles that are potentially a good fit through all the noise.

  • The simplest way is through the paraform.com/lists page, which allows you to manage all of your current curated lists and create new ones as well
  • Candidate CRM:

Why you should use Curated Lists?

Curated lists allows you to introduce a list of roles that you think are a good fit for your candidate in a clean and streamlined manner. The candidates are able to click into these roles and apply to them directly, while still giving you, the recruiter, the credit of bringing this opportunity to their attention.

This new feature allows you to optimize your entire workflow, instead of you manually submitting candidates and filling out responses to multiple roles, have the candidates directly apply, and enjoy the fruitful benefits.
