Once you connect your Gmail, you unlock a variety of email features within the platform. Your emails with candidates will automatically be synced and recruiters can queue pending emails on your behalf. You can also send intro emails from your own email address.
Troubleshooting
Please connect your inbox again and provide the necessary permissions (see above photo).
If there are still errors, access to Gmail's API may be restricted by your
organization.
