Account Requirements

Your access depends on meeting these requirements. Violation of these standards will result in account suspension or deactivation.

1. Submission Quality (rolling 10 submissions)

  • Interview rate above 25%
  • Average candidate rating of 2.5+
  • Maximum 1 candidate rated 1 out of 4

2. Platform Engagement

  • No 30+ day submission gaps
  • Withdraw from roles where you cannot source qualified candidates
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and share best practices based on previously submitted profiles
  • Learn from client feedback to improve future submissions

3. Professional Standards

  • Candidate Consent: Obtain explicit permission before every submission. Submitting candidates without their knowledge or approval is grounds for immediate termination
  • Client Representation: Represent your relationship with clients accurately. Do not imply exclusive arrangements, preferred status, or official representation you don't have
  • Compensation Confidentiality: Never disclose equity amounts, percentages, vesting terms, stock option details, or proprietary compensation structures. Share only client-provided salary ranges and standard benefits

Implementation

Accounts failing to meet these requirements will be flagged and actioned accordingly. These guidelines are non-negotiable.
