With candidate general submission, you can submit exceptional candidates you aren't sure which role on Paraform they'd be a good fit for. We'll continually monitor our roles and notify you if there's a match.
To get started, choose a candidate from the Candidates page that you've already saved to Paraform through the Chrome extension that you'd like to submit, and click General Submission.
You'll fill out a few fields about the candidate, including what roles they're interested in, location, relocation interest, salary range, and a free notes section where you can share more details about the candidate and what they're looking for in a role. Once you submit, all this information along with the candidate's LinkedIn profile will be shared with Paraform.
Once you've submitted a candidate, the Paraform team will review the candidate against all the roles we have active on the platform. If there are strong potential fits, you will receive an email from Paraform about which roles we recommend you submit your candidate to.
If there are no strong role recommendations at this time, you will also receive an email from Paraform saying so.
Once you have the role recommendations, you can go ahead and submit candidates through the same process as our normal candidate submission flow, by confirming the candidate's interest, going to the role page, and submitting the candidate to the role. If you're not yet approved to recruit for a role that we recommended, you can just make a quick application for the role, and Paraform can help streamline the approval process so you can submit the candidate as soon as possible.
