How Recruiter Activity Reviews Work on Paraform

As Paraform continues to grow, we’re committed to maintaining a high-quality marketplace for both recruiters and hiring teams. To support this, we periodically review recruiter activity and outcomes across the platform. These reviews help ensure we can remain focused, responsive, and high-touch with the recruiters and companies we work with.

Our Approach to Recruiter Reviews

Paraform will review recruiter performance to ensure that the overall quality bar across the platform remains strong. From time to time, we may pause activity for certain recruiter accounts based on performance on the platform.

This does not impact any candidates currently in process, and recruiters will continue to have visibility into their existing pipeline.

Our goal is to manage these situations in a transparent and respectful way while maintaining the standards that help recruiters succeed on the platform.

What Happens During a Review

If your account enters a review period, you can expect the following:

1. You will receive a notification email

We will let you know that your account is currently under review and that new activity on the platform may be paused.

2. You may temporarily lose access to new roles

During the review period, you will not be able to:

  • Browse or claim new roles
  • Submit new candidates
  • Start new recruiting activity on the platform

3. Your existing pipeline remains unaffected

You will still be able to:

  • Log in to your account
  • View candidates currently in process
  • Monitor ongoing hiring workflows

This ensures that any work already underway with hiring teams can continue smoothly.

The Review Period

Accounts that enter review typically remain in this state for a period of time while we evaluate platform capacity and recruiter activity.

During this period:

  • Your current candidate processes can continue to completion.
  • New activity will remain paused.

In some cases, accounts may return to normal activity if platform capacity allows.

If Activity Is Paused Longer Term

In some situations, we may decide to pause new activity on an account for a longer period. If this happens:

  • You will receive a follow-up email explaining the decision.
  • Any candidates already in process will continue unaffected.
  • You will not be able to submit new candidates or actively work roles during the pause.

As Paraform continues to evolve, we may reopen capacity and work together again in the future.

Our Commitment to Recruiters

Recruiters are a critical part of the Paraform ecosystem. When we make changes to recruiter activity on the platform, we aim to do so in a way that is:

  • Transparent about what is happening and why
  • Respectful of the time and effort recruiters invest
  • Fair to both recruiters and hiring teams

If your account ever enters a review period, you can expect clear communication and the ability to continue supporting any candidates already in process.
