Inside Paraform’s NYC Recruiter Co-work Week

Last week, we brought a group of Paraform recruiters together in New York City for a week of co-working and collaboration. Throughout the week, recruiters shared sourcing strategies, compared workflows, and got to know one another - not just as profiles on a platform, but as peers shaping the future of hiring.

Spending time side-by-side gave our team a deeper understanding of how top recruiters operate: what slows them down, what tools they rely on, and what we can build to better support them. It was a reminder that great recruiting is both an art and a process - and that the best ideas come directly from the people doing the work.

At Paraform, recruiters are at the center of everything we build. This week brought that into focus and gave us even more conviction in what we’re building. We’re excited for what comes next.
