You've been selected to be a Paraform Lead Recruiter. You'll work up to 5 roles where you'll be THE Lead Recruiter with direct HM access - calibration meetings, Slack, real partnership. For all new roles going through this model, there will be a limited number of recruiter slots (i.e. 3) which you’ll be able to see. Only you will have the HM relationship.
We beta tested this model and saw roles close 2-3x faster. Now we're expanding to a select group - and you're one of them.
You'll work up to 5 roles at a time. Your sourcing will focus only on these 5 roles, but you can continue to cross-submit any strong candidates you've previously sourced to any role on the marketplace. You'll trade breadth for depth: instead of many roles with lots of competition, you’ll have 5 roles where you're THE Lead Recruiter with direct HM access (and the option to swap roles if they’re not working).
The math is simple: more placements in less time = more money. Our beta test showed roles with a Lead Recruiter close 2-3x faster. You'll be one of few recruiters (not one of many) and the ONLY recruiter with direct HM access. You go deep on 5 roles while keeping the ability to strategically cross-submit across the platform.

I know this model works because I lived it. Most recruiters on Paraform make the same mistake: they spread themselves too thin. I did it too.
