Announcing Paraform’s $20M Series A

Today, we’re excited to share that we’ve raised a $20 million Series A led by Felicis, with participation from A*, BOND, DST Global, Liquid 2.

This brings our total funding to $25 million - and more importantly, brings us one step closer to building the best platform for hiring top talent. One that makes recruiting truly intelligent, deeply human, and infinitely scalable.

Since raising our seed round, we’ve partnered with companies like Palantir, Decagon, Cursor, and Windsurf to build world-class teams. We’ve also helped recruiters make $26M with a few recruiters on pace to make $1M+ in 2025.
