Paraform has crossed $100M in annualized revenue, just two years after our first dollar - and doubled revenue in the last six months alone.


Paraform started with a simple idea: help companies make exceptional hires faster. Over our first year, we tried more ideas than we can count. Most of them didn't work. But two things never changed:


1. We were always relentlessly focused on outcomes. Nothing mattered except helping our customers make great hires.

2. We had unwavering conviction that this was the problem we wanted to dedicate our lives to solving.


Those two things were our forcing functions to product-market fit.


After testing several unsuccessful ideas, we started building a referral bounty marketplace and noticed something we couldn't ignore.


Almost no one was using the product, let alone coming back to it. Except one group: independent recruiters.


We never would have predicted that outcome - we weren't recruiters ourselves, but it made perfect sense. Independent recruiters and specialized agencies had spent years building trusted relationships with candidates and deep expertise within their markets. They had value to offer immediately, and they started consistently introducing exceptional candidates to our customers.


For the first time, we felt something that's hard to put into words: ‘This thing might actually work.’


After seven months of working to solve for the notorious cold start problem of a two-sided marketplace, interviews started happening consistently week after week and the first hires came through. The engine had started.


Then came the aha moment that defined our vision for the company.


We realized our candidate information went beyond LinkedIn profiles. We were looking at things a resume could never tell you: why someone wanted to leave their current company, their compensation expectations, what kind of culture they thrived in, where they were willing to work, competing interview processes, and the nuanced context recruiters had built through real conversations.


It wasn't just candidate data. It was hiring intelligence.


For the first time, hiring managers had someone to calibrate with - not just recommendations, but the reasoning behind them. And we realized every interaction between recruiters, candidates, and companies was generating intelligence that simply didn't exist anywhere else.


Every interaction created new insight into the hiring process: why candidates moved to the next stage, why they didn’t, what hiring managers actually valued, and which people ultimately succeeded. Over time, those decisions became one of the richest hiring datasets ever assembled - not resumes or job descriptions, but the intelligence behind how great hires are actually made.


That intelligence became the foundation for our AI. Instead of matching resumes to job descriptions, our agents learn from the full hiring loop - understanding candidates, companies, and outcomes so every search improves the next.


Today, that intelligence powers faster hiring for more than 1,000 companies.

  • Palantir hired more than 50 engineers through Paraform.
  • Decagon filled nearly 30 roles - from their founding AE to product managers - most in under a month.
  • Loop AI made 13 hires, including two directors, in under four months.
  • Presidio Legal hired a corporate associate in just 10 days, reducing its typical time-to-hire by 80%.


At the same time, recruiters on Paraform are building million-dollar businesses - using their earnings to pay off student loans, fund weddings, buy their first homes and cars, take dream vacations, and reach personal milestones.
