As our first US-based engineer, you'll be architecting and building the core infrastructure that powers human data training for AI labs across non-verifiable domains like design, finance, and multimodal tasks.
Core responsibilities:
Build our internal tooling system from scratch (competing with OpenAI's Feather)
Design workflows for domain experts to create high-quality training data
Deploy LLMs and evaluation pipelines in production
Create agent training systems for specific verticals
Integrate with enterprise systems (CRMs, payments, data warehouses)
Rapid product experimentation and data analysis
