Flexible on compensation for the right person
We are looking for a Growth Lead with 5+ years of experience to own our growth program and take Harmonic to the next level. You will own the execution engine that generates qualified sales conversations across all target segments. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that’s imperative for our continued business growth.
What will you be doing?
Own growth across markets, including targets, budget, levers, and results
Design and test new GTM motions, including the entire activation media mix
Build repeatable campaign playbooks for product launches and feature releases
Partner with engineering and onboarding teams to improve conversion funnels and maximize user activation
Work closely with the rest of our team and CEO to make investment decisions as we balance speed of growth and long-term profitability
