Solutions Engineer - New York
Base salary range of $170K–$200K + commission + equity + benefits. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join Fonoa's growing team and partner with sales to drive technical engagements with leading global enterprises. You'll be the technical bridge between Fonoa's powerful tax automation platform and customers like Zoom, Uber, and Booking.com, designing and implementing high-value solutions that solve complex tax compliance challenges.
What will you be doing?
Partnering with Sales to lead technical discovery, scoping, and solution design for enterprise prospects
Creating and delivering compelling product demos and technical presentations to new and existing customers
Driving technical discussions around API integration, gap analysis, and implementation planning
Becoming a deep expert in Fonoa's API suite (Lookup, Tax, Returns, Data Sharing, E-Invoicing) and advocating for product improvements
Supporting customers on technical issues and ensuring a seamless handoff from pre-sales to implementation
