What we're looking for:

We need someone with 6+ years of B2B SaaS product experience who has owned platform or suite-unification mandates and shipped AI agents into production environments. You should be comfortable operating as the most senior product voice in technical architecture discussions and have a track record of building horizontal capabilities that other product teams depend on. Bonus points if you have prop-tech, fin-tech, or vertical ERP experience.

What you'll do:

• Own the platform foundations — roles, permissions, core data model, reporting, audit logs, and the AI model layer — setting standards for data contracts, lineage, and quality that make Ender a trustworthy system of record.
• Mature the AI operating system for live agents and workflows: observability, evals, auditability, guardrails, model lifecycle, and human-in-the-loop procedures.
• Shape Ender's public API and data access strategy (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, event streams) and productize an MCP server layer that exposes data and actions to internal agents and customers' AI tools.
• Drive enterprise-grade rigor across multi-tenant agent configurations, configurable workflows, and decoupled application architecture as the platform scales.
• Set best practices for AI agent development across the organization — including latency, cost, accuracy, tool calls, system prompt design, and business resiliency.
• Partner with the Director of Product and Director of Engineering to establish launch standards, instrumentation, eval frameworks, and RFC/review processes that scale the product org.
