We are looking for a Deployment Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle at Dart Health — a fast-growing clinical AI company backed by the Mayo Clinic. You'll be the bridge between our healthcare customers and our engineering team, ensuring every deployment drives measurable ROI and real-world impact.
What will you be doing?
- Own the full customer journey from post-sale onboarding through ongoing success — running daily high-touch sessions during the first 2–3 weeks, then managing ongoing check-ins across 6–9 accounts
- Serve as the sole Dart representative on client calls (often with 15+ stakeholders including clinicians and C-suite), navigating complex healthcare operations and building trusted relationships
- Manage integrations with client EMRs, deploy the Dart platform, and train end users on how to use the product effectively
- Translate customer needs and issues into clear, actionable requirements for the engineering team and follow up relentlessly to ensure timely resolution
- Track and measure deployment ROI, identify opportunities for expansion, and help build scalable processes as Dart moves upmarket into enterprise health systems
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of post-grad work experience with at least 1 year in a customer-facing role (implementation, deployment, project management, or similar)
- Technical aptitude — comfortable with software systems and able to communicate effectively with engineers; SQL familiarity is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree from a top-20 university
- Startup or high-growth experience — thrives in ambiguity, builds own processes, and moves fast
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to NYC; in-person 5 days/week in Chelsea (U.S. work authorization required, no visa sponsorship)
We launch, co-develop, and build AI/ML models for hospitals to save lives & surface opportunities. Our team works extremely closely with each other & customers. We focus on a strong in-person culture. In the long term, DART will be the best at developing any system (physical or artificial) to solve real problems for healthcare.
