$150K-$200K base. Higher for exceptional candidates.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing with 3-5 years of experience to own how Coworker shows up in the market and build the marketing foundation for a category-defining AI company. You'll be a hands-on builder who can craft positioning, launch products, and create compelling content — not just direct strategy from above. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO at a seed-stage startup approaching $1M ARR with a rapidly growing enterprise pipeline. We need someone with Series A/B startup experience who thrives in unstructured environments and is ready to amplify our message in a noisy AI landscape.
What will you be doing?
- Own product marketing and content strategy — creating thought leadership articles, product narratives, and technical content that resonates with both technical users and economic buyers
- Plan and execute mini product launches every few weeks to showcase features that haven't been externally communicated (meeting notes, customer intelligence, build capabilities, etc.)
- Partner with engineering to develop quantitative proof points — side-by-side comparisons, benchmarks, and data that tells the story of how Coworker's context graph saves time and money
- Drive awareness and signups for the newly launched self-serve PLG motion while supporting enterprise pipeline through organic content and messaging
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, and Customer Success to refine positioning and ensure marketing efforts translate into booked demos and quality signups
Coworker (coworker.ai) is a seed-stage AI startup redefining how organizations work with artificial intelligence. The platform delivers enterprise-grade chat, cowork, and code capabilities across 40+ enterprise apps — including Slack, Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and more — at 80% lower inference cost with identical output quality, and with no custom coding required. At the core of the product is Organizational Memory, a proprietary knowledge graph that captures how teams, tools, and information relate to one another across an entire company, enabling AI to act with full organizational context. Coworker intelligently routes tasks across leading models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and open-source models like Kimi) to maximize quality while minimizing cost. The company has both an enterprise sales motion and a self-serve PLG motion, and is approaching $1M in ARR with a rapidly growing pipeline that includes organizations like Webflow. The team is approximately 25 people, led by a founder-CEO (Alex) and a Head of Sales (Michael Saeta), and operates with a startup-first culture that prizes ownership, flexibility, and genuine AI fluency. Coworker is an equal opportunity employer that strongly values diversity and authenticity in the workplace.

Coworker is a ~25-person seed-stage team that moves fast, operates with high ownership, and genuinely lives the AI-native culture it sells. The founding team includes Alex (CEO/Founder), Michael Saeta (Head of Sales), and Nigel Koh (Business Operations), alongside a lean but growing go-to-market function, a customer success lead, and engineers who are hands-on through the full deal and implementation cycle.
The culture is startup-first and anti-bureaucratic — there's no rigid playbook, and team members are expected to bring their own ideas, build their own workflows, and report back to the broader team. Michael describes it directly: "We give a lot of ownership and flexibility when people come into Coworker." If you want to create a new workflow or tooling approach, you're encouraged to show the team how it works.
Coworker values diversity and authenticity above all — the team actively seeks a blend of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and believes everyone should feel great about being their authentic selves at work. Sellers who are conversational, curious, and genuinely AI-fluent will thrive here; robotic, by-the-book operators will not.
Coworker is an enterprise AI platform that enables teams to answer questions, plan projects, and execute tasks with full organizational context — across 40+ enterprise apps including Slack, Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and more, with no custom coding required.
The platform is built on two core innovations:
- Organizational Memory: A proprietary knowledge graph that maps how people, teams, tools, and information relate across an entire company. It captures what each employee has worked on, how they interact with different teams, and what tools they use daily — then synthesizes that into a trusted, contextual foundation for AI-powered work.
- Intelligent Model Routing: A model-agnostic harness that routes tasks to the best available AI model (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Kimi, and other open-source models) based on the nature of the task. This delivers output quality equivalent to leading proprietary models at up to 80% lower inference cost.
Coworker supports both an enterprise sales motion (for organizations of 1,000+ employees) and a self-serve PLG motion (for SMB and mid-market teams under 1,000 employees), enabling customers to get into the product quickly and expand from there.
