About this role

What we're looking for:

We need someone with 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, or strategy consulting who has built go-to-market systems from scratch at a high-growth startup. You should be comfortable operating with high ambiguity and near-zero oversight, and have a track record of accelerating deal velocity and standing up scalable GTM infrastructure. Bonus points if you have experience managing outside counsel/security vendors or building AI agents for go-to-market workflows.

What you'll do:

  • Build out the GTM tooling stack from the ground up — configuring CRM, instrumenting pipeline, and bridging data across sales, customer success, and product feedback systems
  • Take ownership of the legal and security review process to close enterprise deals faster — managing outside counsel, security consultants, and driving redlines and questionnaires to completion
  • Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to build reliable pipeline forecasting, account health scoring, and quarterly business review tooling
  • Create AI agents and automations to handle repeatable GTM workflows (lead qualification, security questionnaire drafting, product feedback routing) so the team stays lean and fast
  • Lead activation strategy for large enterprise accounts — turning 10 power users into full organizational adoption
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact GTM problems independently, then go solve them end-to-end without waiting for direction
3-6 years in RevOps, GTM operations, or strategy consulting

About Blockit AI

Blockit is building the AI that finally fixes how we coordinate time. Their autonomous time agent handles the full complexity of scheduling — timezones, group coordination, in-person logistics — like an executive assistant that never sleeps and responds instantly.

Every LLM application to date has been a one-on-one conversation. Blockit is one of the first multiplayer, stateful AI agents — coordinating between multiple people, maintaining context across conversations, and taking real actions in the world. The more people connect their calendars, the more powerful the network becomes. This is the foundation of a platform of AI agents with access to the world's time.

Blockit is backed by Sequoia with a $70M post-money valuation at Series A. The founder, Kais Khimji, left his role at Sequoia to start the company. They came out of stealth five months ago, crossed $1M ARR quickly, and are growing rapidly through viral adoption with zero marketing or outbound — all demand is inbound.

Culture: Blockit is a small, sharp team of 16 that moves fast, ships constantly, and holds a high bar. The culture prioritizes hiring adults and trusting them — outputs over facetime. Diversity is deeply important to the team, which is roughly half male/female. They're productivity nerds who are passionate about being on the forefront of agentic AI problems. Everyone is motivated by the mission and vision of turning the calendar into a social network powered by autonomous AI coordination.

About the team

Blockit is a team of 16 based in San Francisco, working 4 days in-office with Wednesdays as a remote focus day for deep work. The team skews 25–35 in age, with roughly equal gender representation and strong LGBTQ+ representation — diversity is a core value.

The culture is mission-driven and high-trust. There's no obsession with facetime; what matters is output. People work hard but it's not a burn-yourself-out-in-two-years environment — some team members have families, and the founder has his first child on the way.

Everyone on the team is a productivity nerd who's genuinely excited about frontier AI problems. The team has close ties to the broader AI ecosystem — friends at Anthropic, OpenAI, and other frontier labs. There's an interim CRO (ex-VP Sales at Superhuman) providing structure, but the ethos is very much "give me a phone, give me a laptop, and let me cook."

Blockit has been one of the fastest-growing teams on Paraform and the company's offer-to-hire conversion rate is extremely high — when they want someone, they move fast and close.

The product

Blockit is an AI time agent that learns your preferences and autonomously coordinates meetings across any degree of complexity — timezones, group scheduling, in-person logistics — similar to an executive assistant but one that never sleeps and responds instantly.

The agent is modeled after a real executive assistant and handles the full scheduling workflow: understanding your preferences, coordinating with multiple parties, maintaining context across conversations, and taking real actions in the world. For many customers, Blockit is their first-ever executive assistant experience.

Blockit runs 30-day pilots with groups of up to 10 people, with a CS team providing handheld onboarding to help each person learn how to work with their agent. The product spreads virally — every time someone interacts with a Blockit-scheduled meeting, they experience the product firsthand.

Key customers include Andreessen Horowitz and Ramp, spanning financial services institutions (venture capital, private equity, banks, consulting firms) and large tech companies that are underwater on hiring executive assistants. ACVs range from $5k self-serve plans up to $100k for mid-market deals.
