What You’ll Do:

Complete month end variance analysis with isolated differences explained.
Prepare monthly financial statements in conformity with GAAP and company accounting policies.
Prepare management accounting matrix P&L’s by business line/service and business group for management review and decision making
Manage billing.  Validate  monthly billing accuracy and prepare client  invoices. 
Manage accounts receivable and drive compliance to terms  including collections as needed..
Review fixed asset purchases and prepare documentation for eligible purchases for financing.
Oversee payroll management and approval process with outside payroll contractor -  work with internal teams to manage timesheet and contactor approvals timely.  
Prepare and process bonus and commission reporting and submission to payroll.
Reconcile benefits, reimbursement, expenses and deductions.
Oversee accuracy and reconciliation processes across all accrual accounts  balance sheet accounts and prepaid expenses with the accounting staff.
Assist with external audit and support CPA/tax reporting/submission processes.
Prepare ad hoc financial reports upon management requests.
Proactively identify/resolve operational and financial challenges as they arise
Assists with process improvements, and provides recommendations to management.

Compensation:
TubeScience provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing new business opportunities, running discovery calls with inbound prospects, deeply understanding their pain, and solving that pain with OneSchema platform. We want AEs with a hunter mentality who take ownership over filling their pipeline. 



This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious account executive who wants to rapidly learn the skills needed to become a true sales leader. As the 2nd seller on our team, your responsibilities will span far beyond a traditional sales role. We want team members who will contribute actively to the existing playbooks and can build playbooks of their own to tackle new markets. 



This is a role for a salesperson who’s a builder at heart and wants to collaborate closely with OneSchema’s world-class product & engineering teams. You’re the voice of the customer, and will inform the new products we build and markets we enter. Manage many partners effectively. You will need to oversee numerous 3rd party capital and fulfillment partners to ensure high quality, on time originations. You will need to build deep relationships and drive consistent results.

Requirements

Significant experience building 0-1 enterprise software in regulated industries

Ability and interest to dig into mortgage and build a deep understanding of the full value

chain (if you don’t have one already)

Experience conducting user research using a variety of methods

Ability to run SQL queries to analyze user data and identify trends and insights

Experience creating wireframes and workflow diagrams using Figma or similar tools

Strong design sense and ability to work closely with designers to build high-quality products
