Created a pipeline of talent for senior AI/ML engineering roles, partnering directly with engineering leaders on intake, calibration, and closing. I typically managed 12 open requisitions at once, averaging 42 days from kickoff to accepted offer, with an 85% offer acceptance rate. Sourced passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and referrals, and screened for hands-on technical depth before hiring manager review.

Recruited for cloud infrastructure and platform engineering teams in a highly regulated financial services environment. Filled 25+ roles per year across technical teams while carrying about 12 active requisitions. Increased diverse candidates in my pipelines by 83% through targeted sourcing and community partnerships, without slowing time-to-fill.
