We're looking for a hungry, client-obsessed operator to own Paraform's most complex and highest-impact customer engagements — and drive the revenue that sits at the center of how our marketplace scales.Paraform's customer base is growing rapidly (hundreds of new customers a month!), and Strategic Project Leads are the commercial engine behind our growth. As an SPL, you'll own a book of business, build lasting relationships with founders and executives, and drive the hires that generate Paraform's revenue. You'll partner closely with senior talent leaders to solve their most critical business problem: building world-class teams, fast.Every engagement is different — from helping a defense-tech company build a security-cleared engineering team to advising a Series A founder on their first leadership hires. These are high-stakes, strategic builds that directly impact a company's ability to scale — and directly impact your number. This role blends account ownership, commercial execution, and fast-paced operations. If you're motivated to crush targets, thrive in ambiguous environments, and want to own outcomes that matter — this is the role for you.What you'll do:<ul><li>Own a book of business: Build deep relationships with founders, CXOs, and senior operators. You are accountable for the revenue generated from your accounts — every hire you drive is a direct win.</li><li>Run high-stakes engagements end-to-end: Lead structured intake calls, push back on comp and requirements when the data supports it, and drive execution across complex searches with urgency and precision.</li><li>Be the quality layer: Deeply understand each role you own, translate that into sharp recruiter briefs, and ensure only the strongest candidates reach the hiring manager — your judgment is the bar.</li><li>Leverage Paraform's recruiter capacity: Mobilize recruiters, calibrate them in real time, and hold a high standard for quality and speed.</li><li>Shape how we grow: Feed customer insight back across the business and partner with sales, supply, product, and engineering to influence how Paraform evolves at scale.</li></ul>What we look for:<ul><li>2–4 years of experience owning customer relationships and driving revenue — consulting, account management, strategic sales, or customer-facing operations at a high-growth startup or high-caliber environment</li><li>You're comfortable with performance-based comp and motivated by a target, not intimidated by it</li><li>You've sold to or managed relationships with founders, CXOs, or senior operators</li><li>Exceptional 80/20 skills — you know where to spend your time and don't lose the thread across competing priorities</li><li>Hunger and scrappiness — you've built things without a full toolkit, moved fast under ambiguity, and found the fix when the playbook didn't exist</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication</li></ul>
