About this role

Our mission is to improve healthcare with voice AI technology. You will be part of the founding team to build systems for natural conversation between humans and AI. You will work on unsolved problems and help us to automate healthcare, defining the technical approach and products that we create.

Projects to Tackle

  • Develop outbound voice and SMS engagement tools that enhance patients’ healthcare experience and streamline care coordination by reaching them at optimal times with personalized information tailored to their needs.

  • Creating an application where healthcare staff can monitor AI interactions, configure automated workflows, and manage exception cases

  • Scaling our conversational AI platform with a focus on reliability, call quality, and smooth handling of concurrent conversations

  • Developing robust integrations with healthcare systems, including EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Athena), scheduling software, and telephony infrastructure

in fullstack engineering (open to exceptional new grads: top 10 school, internship at tier 1 startups)

About the team

Ryan is a Stanford/Harvard trained physician formerly on the founding team of Two Chairs and Ophelia (YC W20).


Jeff formerly worked on voice AI at Amazon Alexa and ML projects at Citi/Salesforce.

Role responsibilities
Develop full-stack applications on our core product using a modern Node.js, React, Postgres, and AWS stack
Build patient-facing agentic systems using generative AI at scale (LLMs, STT, TTS, RAG)
Implement frameworks for AI testing, observability, QA, and risk mitigation
Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment with freedom to rapidly ideate and experiment
