Hi there! I'm Nyan (pronounced like Ryan, but with an "N"), a dedicated husband, father, and full-time recruiter. My wife and I started our agency three years ago, filling 27+ roles while welcoming 2 babies and navigating the 2023 layoffs. Although we're introverts and have achieved incredible success, we both prefer recruiting candidates rather than clients. With our agency's strong reputation, we were excited to accept Paraform's invitation to join their platform.
