Here's what we are specifically looking for:	
	
A hands-on operator who has successfully scaled consumer products from 1000 to 10K+ users, with demonstrable experience in grass-root marketing tactics, distribution partnerships, viral growth loops, hyper-selective low-CAC paid marketing, and retention optimization. Your go-to move is not throwing money or people at the problem - but continuously and creatively implementing low-CAC/ high-LTV distribution hacks.	

Experience building and running multi-channel GTM tactics and acquisition campaigns: door-to-door, guerilla marketing, distribution partnerships with title cos/ realtors/home insurance companies, paid social, SEO & content, user referrals and community-led-growth. You operate with data and ROI, you love products with great UX, and you believe in the power of the user community. The distribution landscape in the consumer products changes every 18 months or so - and you keep up with the latest trends to recalibrate as we continuously grow our userbase.

Prior experience as an early employee or founder in consumer startups is required, with a deep understanding of product-led and community-led growth. We also believe that great companies are built with high-empathy people leaders and you need that for this leadership role in addition to your functional genius.

As an early Neros employee, you will get to help decide the direction of our future. We are looking for someone who can drive the development, design, and manufacturing of our PCBs used for our drones. You will be working closely with the rest of the engineering team to understand engineering constraints, design & optimize for requirements, and perform component selection. New grads with internship/hobby/work experience in these areas are highly encouraged to apply!
