At Meter, every Technical Support Engineer, whether Tier 1 or Tier 2, is a network engineer with at least two years of industry experience.All engineers undergo a rigorous hiring process, followed by customized training on Meter enterprise hardware and software, ensuring they are highly capable of troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
