As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) on Tennr’s Customer Experience team the name of the game is deliriously happy customers. To make those customers happy it takes more than great software. That’s where you come in. To work with our customers, from end users to C-Suite executives. This role is a lot. It requires developing a thorough understanding of the Tennr Platform AND understanding the nuances of complicated healthcare businesses to help customers get the most out of our product. You will have to be a product expert, oversee end user training while also executing client success plans and managing renewals.

What we’re looking for:

An action-oriented leader with a track record of building out scalable 0-1 distribution in the world of SMBs
A dynamic Swiss Army Knife that has a range of skillsets in the bag (cold calling, boots on the ground tactics, content marketing, SEO optimization, social media marketing, ad campaigns)
Self-directed, high ownership, passionate; desire to work on a fast-paced, intense, fun team.
Excited to be our first sales & marketing hire; ambition to build a world-class team
Ability to navigate ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize, have high-degree of customer empathy, and have the mental fortitude of being able to overcome any obstacle.
