Over the past 8 years, we quietly bootstrapped TubeScience into the largest producer of social media ads in the USA. While our public profile is minimal (ironically, we don’t do any self-marketing), we have hundreds of employees, billions of dollars in ad spend, and deep technical partnerships with Meta and other platforms.&nbsp;What helped us do so is an obsession for numbers over opinions, and a unique “pay for performance” business model. Clients only pay if our ads outperform anything they or any other agency delivers. It’s a very “honest” business model, and clients tend to love it (resulting in extremely high retention and all our sales to date coming from inbound / word of mouth).&nbsp;As we look towards the future and AI advances, we see an incredible opportunity to reinvent our business.
